On Sat a normal three hour trip took over five hours to get to KC.

Someday, but oh not today, I will tell you about the semis going 10.1 to 10.2 mph trying to pass the semis going 10 mph. And the 40-50 cars following at 10.1 to 10.2 mph. For miles.

Granted saw several rigs laying sidewise in the ditch. Some still there on Monday. But they were going so slow that when they started to slide they didn’t have enough power to get out of it.

Like I said when finally passing one: “Merry Christmas, Idiot”.

By the time the game was finally over on Sunday, I was left with the feeling that we worked harder getting to the game than the Chiefs did playing the game.
