If I were Boiman, I’da just showed up for camps, if they called security on me, well than you know your not wanted. But Haley would have NO doubt about my desire to play for the Chiefs. That type of move might just impress the hell outta Haley.

Boiman was a free agent and was not given a contract. Pat Thomas signed with the Bills. No one pays attention to who the free agents are including KC Star who still has Boiman as a starter. I think Turk is not fast enough for LB, I mean he was a DT/DE tweener, how is a guy that could play DT play LB, he cant atleast not any good anyways. I dont care for Turk anyways he was picked too high in the draft, he had way to many late hits last year on the QB which means he isnt very smart and he is always injured. Beisel was a LB here and was also a free agent he wasnt traded he signed with the Pats after the Chiefs.

Any player who has good athletic abilities should be considered for a position. If Turk is better suited to play OLB, the play him there. Beisel was here as a DE and the they moved him to LB and then he was traded????????????? Why? We want athletes, period. We want guys who have non stop motors and do not have the word quit in their vocabulary. I don’t really care about TJ. being given the wrong last name, but where is Boiman?
When did I miss that trade/cut?? I thought he is very solid.

It is ALL about the TEAM……….and……….

Who cares if guys are sitting out right now!?!

This is still conidered volentary. The mental prep and just being there to study and learn from the coaches is what this is about. It is not like they are wearing pads.

The last thing anyone wants to do is risk is making a very small injury worse this early. The coaches know that…

They want everyone out if there is even a small nick that needs to be healed. This is not the time to push through an injury, we have plenty of time to recover.

The time to push will be in June. But for now. just being there to learn about the new system is good enough.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Dorsey had some off season surgery on his knee. He sported a brace for a good portion of last season.

Brodie had a pretty devastating injury, so I will cut him some slack. Someone mentioned in a previous post that he wont be cleared to play till training camp.

Give me an effing break! Those limp excuses for not participating by the likes of ANY of these guys, 4 months AFTER the season has ended? Weak, weak excuses.

Brodie Croyle? Now we’re talking 8 months? These aren’t the guys you want to be in the foxhole with when the real bullets start flying. Oh, go ahead and talk about their medical analysis, history, and Dr. statements but a real player would be there and participate if only on a legitimate limited basis.

Those that did not are wimps or worse.

I guess Haley must have been joking yesterday when he said the defense had been lining up in the “under front”, isn’t that a 4-3 front? Did they run any 4-3 defense or was it all 3-4 defense?

never know if KC is holding him out to A. Be Dealt and eat up the rest of the cap space. B. keeps people off their toes not knowing what they plan to do in the draft….those scenarios with Dorsey’s knee equal possibly a reason.

I am excited about Turk working with the LB’s, I really thought he made some nice hustle plays up the field including the forced fumble against denver…he has so much talent, glad to see they are at least trying it out….

What an exciting time to be a chiefs fan…4-3 under and a 3-4….fun.

I guess I’m not the only one who is surprised about the Dorsey injury. This guy needs all the practise he can get, he needs to improve from last year numbers and become the dominant DT we drafted him for.. As for Croyle, he should probably get cut if he cannot attend any of this suff.

Maurice Leggett better step it up as well, I hope he can do some good things on special teams and in the nickel
