I have to hand it to the author though, he was the one who asked Haley the more relevant questions, imo.
Having said that, I’m still a little foggy on this thing about guys with less than one year of service, and who is allowed to attend these camps and who isn’t. If anyone could maybe provide a five minute block of instruction on this topic, I’m sure others too, would find it informative.
