Chuck - I've actually heard the opposite. According to the research I've done so far, there aren't any centers worth taking in the first two rounds. We'll see how that plays out in April I guess.

Also, we may yet have a shot at Berry or Suh or Okung. We have to beat these awful Browns before we get excited about picking outside of the top 5 again.

If we Get Okung, do we move Albert to left guard.. plus I heard there are some pretty sick centers coming out but they are heavier on the second round... To be honest i'd like a nice hard hitting or good midfield safety but a starting LT and C for the next 12 years would do just fine...

by the way is this game blacked out? thank god i'm going to see them sunday, it's the last game of the decade

Suh won't drop that far and neither will Berry so the chiefs might as well look for OL help in Okung unless they believe Bryant is the best player on their board. The Chiefs need some speed on offense and help on the OL.

I am looking at a safety with first round. or Suh if he drops that far. Then the OL with emphasis on center unless Waters leaves guard to replace Nutz. Could get 4 young starters in first three rounds, I know they did not do that this year but maybe next year.

Just wanted to let you all in on these little stats

Bernard Pollard SS Houston Texans 10 games played
Tackles 78 (60 solo, 18 assists)
Passes Defended 5
Sacks 0
Interceptions 3
Yards off INT's 107 (70 Long)
TD 1
Forced Fumble 1

Mike Brown has similar stats with 3 INT's 2 Sacks and 80 tackles, but dang we could have kept Pollard he's young and he's good. I don't see why get rid of him...

I would love a sean taylor/ed reed type safety playing our middle of the field if we could get that in the draft

Blackout hits the fans right between the eyes. Guess i will use my own tickets sunday. Bet the next home game will be against a hot team. Maybe the superbowl winner or loser to start next year, so I will keep my tickets one more year.
