Is it a talent issue or a coaching issue?
Most fans know a young team will be inconsistent. But the valleys are more common than the peaks. Consistency at the QB spot is important and can contribute to poor offensive play. But the coaching staff thought Croyle could be the answer…. think that has been answered.
If its the talent, the coaching staff drafted them, if its the coaching? would you bite the hand that feeds you? Who you throwing under the bus for the inability to show progress?

Good audio report, the players were solid upfront guys, that may be why this loss hurts so much. The Center said they had to go in monday the fix this. Folks, the players can only act inside the parameters the coaching staff give them. I look at the past as one group and I am not sure this team was given any chance of success. Like it or not, herm being fire proof and having years to rebuild, has hurt the developement of the 2008 team. There is no pressure to win by the owner or GM. The chiefs have sold lot of fans it will take years to rebuild, today just added several more years.
