To read that the offense is struggling isn't a new thing to read about. It is only 4 days into camp, and just about everything is new so it's no surprise. They will get better than last year they won't be contend for top 10 in the league but they won't be dead last either.

I also concur with crunchtime. Being only 4 days into camp, with a new offensive system, it is not surprising to read that the unit is struggling somewhat.

I am encouraged to read that it looks like there are flashes of potential. Hopefully they become more regular occurances.

Agree...I'm not sure our offense will really settle down and "gel" into the "run" phase until after the first two pre-season games

Here is the reality of the current situation. Is the offense struggling, of course it is. Not only is it a new system, but we are very early into Training Camp. So, the Chiefs are in the "walk" phase of training camp and will progress into a "run" phase in a few weeks. New system, new offensive coach and new players are variables that create the reason or the "so what" behind the current struggle on that side of the ball.

The offense will struggle initially but I think about midseason this offense will be humming along smoothly. We have to realize this team is a work in progress.
