thanks for the list Bob. I’ve been hitting every site I know since 3 and you’re the first to post.
Interesting, Surprised to see 5 backs, especially with Sams not on that cut list, I assume either Savage or Sams could get cut if someone is available, same goes for Harris.
also happy to see Maurice Price make the team, I really liked Chris Hannon, and this kid seems even better, so Im glad we can see what he can do.
Very interested to see if the Chiefs target a guy like Woodson at QB, Derrick Pope at LB, etc.
Letting go of Mandarino shows a lot of faith in cox, which pleases me, since he looks like a solid FB for Chan’s system(G.T)
Was Sams kept to see how his MRI turns out? I know Rumph got one, and I assume thats why he got cut(the outcome), but keeping savage makes little sense if KC plans to keep Sams.
I’m gonna guess we pick up an offensive lineman on waivers, since 8 isn’t enough, and then try and sneak Battle or Savage and/or Leggitt to the Practice squad, which should be easier to do once teams have set their rosters. I also think Nap Harris better not unpack his suitcase too quickly.
I think Harris played well enough in the second half of the Rams game to secure himself a backup spot.
Bob:
What about LB Adam Archuleta, released by the Raiders, since we need more help at LB?
John
I think we cut the wrong kicker.
Anyone else see it that way?
MenInRed I think we cut the wrong kicker as well. I know the coaching staff knows what they are doing (i hope), but I saw more kickoffs closer to the endzone with Barth than with Novack. If we are to have a lot of good play againt other teams I would think it would come in the kicking team. But I guess we’ll see
