Stats dont lie, Rivers is an accurate QB, you dont get the stat lines he has from not being accurate. I dont think this was a good signing at all..

Agreed colby. Sometimes stats are overrated the guy just wasn't used properly in San Diego. This is a going to be a good signing. I do worry about the problem at the free safety position. Why not stick Morgan in there. I've been hearing Leggett or Price. But last I check Morgan played well during preseason and the guy has good speed and athleticism. Besides I think the reason we've been giving up some many big plays in the passing game is because of our lack of speed at the safety position.

I mean last week against San Diego both Mcgraw and Brown look very slow. Its no wonder the Chargers came out trying to air the ball deep. We need some speed back there and putting Morgan at the free safety spot wouldn't be bad or even starting him over Brown when Page gets back.

Rivers never could hit this guy because he's not 6'5" like all those other small forwards SD calls WRs! Eddie Kennison seemed done when we talked him out of retirement. It would be nice if Chambers could give us a few quality seasons like Kennison did.

It's time for Engram to go. He was a short term fix who really isn't contributing much on the field. It wouldn't surprise me if the Chiefs hold off on Kolby until next week. He can still get in another week of practice to shake off the rust. We may still cut LJ. Sounds like Page could get IRed, in that case, Price would make sense. He was here all offseason and knows the defense.

"He has just nine receptions in the 31 times he has been targeted, the second-lowest reception rate in the NFL among players targeted more than 20 times."

Really? I'm not seeing how this is such a great signing?

Does anyone know who has the lowest reception rate?

Heck yea. Great signing. This guy is an definate upgrade over Wade, Bradley, and everyone else not named Dwayne Bowe. This will help the receiving game tremendously.

I see walters finally cut for ricky price to move up, with walters moving to the PS, then I see Smith moving up in repace of a cut Engram. walters could also be one of a few other players, such as one of our 4 TE's.
