I hope Pioli learned to stay away from old bums like Zach Thomas, Engram, Goff, Mike Brown, etc next offseason. That was my biggest criticism of the offseason. Far too many of those type signings for a team in the Chiefs position.
As for Kolby, he’s mediocrity personified. Can’t wait for LJ to be active again next week in the drive to surpass 75.

Agreed Merwin. Or LJ will be deactivated and sent home with pay only to be cut at the end of the season. Good to see Kolby back can’t wait to watch this game.

I believe that Haley will rotate Kolby Smith, Savage and Charles through out the game unless one fumbles or shows a real spark and makes some big plays. If that should happen then I would expect to see LJ be a game day inactive for much of the rest of the season. I do not expect to see LJ get cut till after the season is over. I also do not see Pioli and Haley caring if Larry breaks Priest Holmes record or not. It’s all going to depend on who gives them the best chance to win.

Is this a one game tryout? I don’t mean for Kolby, I mean for L.J.. If Smith and Charles show life, maybe, just maybe, Larry is headed into that world of, which team is desperate enough to pick me up. Or will they grab the Edge instead? Thirty and a running back, prospects are bleak if released.

Please Lord, help Kolby provide a spark in the Chiefs running game. I also ask that he can replace L.J. and average 100 yds a game. I know this is a lot to ask but through you all things are possible. In your name, Amen
