Not sure I understand the statement to retain the defensive staff at this point. I guess he was just trying to end those questions early. Doesn’t seem like good management though. I would think everyone would be evaluated at the end of the season. If he is believing that the coaches are doing a good job, then he may have blinders on. It can’t just be the players at this point. He needs to state that everyone is evaluated at the end, including himself.

Untel we Change the Leaders/Teachers, more commonly known as GM/Coaches, this team is going no where.

We do need all the young good players we can get, but they too need the correct Leaders/Teachers to show them “How To Win!”
