Why all the hammies?  I would think with all the training, stretching, diet, etc.. that it wouldn&#039;t be so frequent.  Any thoughts?  If I&#039;m a head coach, I give a huge bonus for my trainer if hamstring injuries are kept to some agreed to minimum!</description>
