A Victory + A Little Help = Chiefs In Playoffs

With some help, the Chiefs have the chance to clinch a spot in the AFC playoffs if they beat Washington this Sunday at FedEx Field.

If they can halt their 3-game losing streak and then get some help from either Minnesota or Pittsburgh, they will clinch no worse than the No. 5 spot in the conference’s post-season bracket and the top wildcard team.

They need the Vikings to beat the Ravens in Baltimore or the Steelers to protect their home field against the Miami Dolphins. A loss by either Baltimore or Miami combined with a Chiefs victory puts Andy Reid’s teams into the playoffs for the first time since the 2010 season and for only the fourth time in this century (2003, 2006, 2010).

The key being a Chiefs victory.

The diva RGIII looked very pedestrian against the Giants. Not good in the pocket and not good at running. Tamba Hali should get some sacks this week. I hope Justin Houston saw what Justin Tuck did with 4 sacks in that game. He could beat the Redskins OL with 1 arm.

    Go CHIEFS!
