Tamba Gets AFC Defensive Honor, Again

On Wednesday, OLB Tamba Hali was named the AFC’s defensive player of the week for his performance in the team’s 45-10 victory over Washington.

Hali had two sacks, three tackles for loss and team leading six tackles. He now has 11 sacks on the season.

It was the second player of the week honors for Hali; he also won for the week No. 6 game against Oakland at Arrowhead Stadium. That makes 4 such defensive player of the week honors, with Hali’s two and two by OLB Justin Houston.
