The case was two years in the courtroom and Wilson declared there had “never been a case like this” in New Jersey history. The Wilfs along with cousin Leonard Wilf, were found liable for fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. Claims were made by business partners that the Wilfs cheated them out of revenues from an apartment complex in Montville, New Jersey. Those partners are now due compensatory damages, punitive damages, treble damages, a redistribution of revenues dating back to 1992 and attorneys’ fees. The judge said the Wilfs engaged in “organized crime type activities” in bookkeeping and that testimony by Zygi Wilf indicated “bad faith and evil motive.”

N.Y. JetsRB Joe McKnight was arrested last week when he was ticketed for speeding and a lane change violation, and also for two previous tickets that he addressed. He was released after he paid the fines on t hose earlier transgressions.
