That being said, let the leaders of the players show up in training camp. They need to say losing is unacceptable and if you think it is, then leave. This includes Brian Waters. I like him but if he is unwilling to lead, then get out of the way. if it is someone's first year on the team willing to lead, so be it. Losing is not an option gentlemen.
