In masonry work you can not wear gloves , or your hands will not stay tough enough to work . My dad a medical surgion in the Army back in the 1930s ( 7th Calavery ) New recurits that got saddle sores were ordered to simpely ride them off . In football theres a lot of non-high level cond. time in off season . Everones different , Thats wy I think some guys are different --like Tony G. Brian Uralacker ,Ray Lewis ---sure they get hert but not weekly . Ive had guys that are extra tough , and I dont know why, that list goes on and on . I dont mean to hint that in time , that someone can remain injury free, in what we did ,I alway told new help that part of it , is cuts and brusies . These are mostly leg injuries .
