Chiefs Magic Ride Hits A Pothole Against Broncos

It was fun while it lasted and it came to an end on Sunday night in Denver as they Chiefs lost their first game of the season 27-17 to the Broncos at Sports Authority Field.

If Peyton Manning was injured he sure didn’t show it, as he directed the Denver offense to more points than any opponent was able to put on the scoreboard against the Chiefs defense in the first 9 games on the schedule.

The Chiefs offense scored a pair of touchdowns but was otherwise anemic in their ability to make something of opportunities presented to them.

In 13 days these teams will meet again, this time at Arrowhead Stadium. It promises to be another fun AFC West showdown.

Well, the national media seems very satisfied, the “fraud”, “the worst undefeated team in the history of the NFL” has finally lost.

Suspect with the bye, we may have got “out thunk”. We seem to have tried to change from what got us 9 wins to something else.

With this loss, the Chiefs will return to flying below peoples radar, so many years of losers back where we belong. A real positive against SD, the right team to believe they are better than us.

Or we are all smoke and mirrors and lose the rest of the year.

For me, am ready to start the next winning streak. Beat SD by 3 and punk Denver in KC.
