Chargers Upset Chiefs In Offensive Shootout 41-38

It was a cold day in temperature Sunday afternoon for the Chiefs and Chargers. By the time they were done playing, conditions had turned frigid for Andy Reid’s team, as they dropped their second consecutive game, losing 41-38 to San Diego.

And they may have lost more than a game. Pass rushers Tamba Hali and Justin Houston both left the game in the second quarter with injuries that appeared serious after the game. More will be learned on Monday.

With the help of a comeback victory by the New England over Detroit on Sunday night, the Chiefs will welcome the Broncos to Arrowhead Stadium this coming Sunday with both teams sporting 9-2 records.
