Add Another Player of the Week For Chiefs

From the Truman Sports Complex

A week after OLB Justin Houston won the honors as the AFC defensive player of the week teammate Dexter McCluster was named the conference’s special teams player of the week.

McCluster picked up the honor thanks to his 89-yard punt return for touchdown that broke open the game against the New York Giants last Sunday.

It’s the second time that McCluster has earned the award; the first time was the season opener in 2010 when he returned a punt 94 yards for a touchdown against San Diego. K Ryan Succop was honored twice during the 2011 season.
